Last livestream I watched, Gil and Josiah said they weren't picked up for another season yet. It sounded like Under Dog was waiting to find out if Gil was gonna be locked up.

Just me speculating, but I dont think it means anything. If they didnt want him on because of the charges, they wouldnt have had him on Gridiron(The football show). He said the channel name change is due to them expanding to more shows.It sounded like Under Dog was waiting to find out if Gil was gonna be locked up.

They were streaming during the Lakers game this week and said they still don't know if the show is coming back. Josiah jokes around with it, but he keeps on bringing it up cuz he's worried. Gil said his case keeps getting delayed, so the government can prepare more, and he just wants to get it over with cuz he wants to know his future.Just me speculating, but I dont think it means anything. It was pretty clear to me from what they explained on the live stream.
Essentially the producers deebo'd them into having the football show be 3-4x a week and the basketball show just be twice a week until football season is over, at which point it'll go back to 4x a week. Part of that is because they paid Skip and them more than they did McCants, Jennings, KMart, etc., so they're trying to maximize their investments, with an end goal of building enough momentum to be picked up by an Amazon or Netflix.
Gil is indifferent because he's getting paid regardless and wants that Amazon/Netflix bread, whereas ol girl with the t*ts was pissed bc she feels the basketball show and the aforementioned guys are being treated like the side bytch now.

What you said makes sense. Gil was on Gridiron earlier today. If Gil's case was an issue they wouldnt have him on Gridiron at all.
In the same live stream, Gilbert said they were also considering bringing in one of or both Pierce and Beasley to join the basketball show.
To be honest, a Gil's Arena of Joe Tsai, Gilbert, Pierce, Beasley... with the final spot being one of Jennings, KMart, McCants,Young (i think they're all mid and bushable tbh) would be a big upgrade. Sheryl needs to be bushed tho imo. The young chick who plays in the W, Lexi iirc, she's cool
Football is where the money is so it makes sense
In basketball they tend to recycle the same topics all the time
They're streaming right now, said it'll only be two days a week. Not Gil's decision.
He was running around talking all that ownership talk and can’t even do more than two episodes a week on his own platform
My guess is they don’t want to invest in the show too much until they know the outcome of his case. It’s crazy though they’re getting less episodes per week than the football show.
They just need to find another strong A mic if they’re that hesitant. The problem is there are so many shows now that all the best ones are under contract somewhere else.
Edit: on second thought it could be twice a week until football season is over
