Ginger beer is definitely superior. However, dark/spicy Ginger Ales are really good too.Ginger beer>>>>>>>Ginger Ale

Depends on the brand. The big three brands don’t even use actual ginger… also, If you haven’t had red rock ginger ale then…1000%
Ginger Ale is mid-tier compared to Ginger Beer

Yeah, cool, sounds like I’m on the right path. I’m on day 3 now and it is bubbling a lot in the mason jar. I’m going to go one more day then strain it.It's pretty straightforward, there are recipes all over the place online.
Peel ginger, blend, cloves + cinnamon, glass jar + ferment for 2 days minimum(depends on how strong you want the results to be...don't use plastic containers), strainer + cheesecloth, save solids for cooking with later or for composting. Oh, and raw cane sugar for sweetening instead of the processed stuff.
True.Share your recipes please. You should eat it every day in some shape or form as its so good for the body.
