Any tips you want to share?

It's pretty straightforward, there are recipes all over the place online.

Peel ginger, blend, cloves + cinnamon, glass jar + ferment for 2 days minimum(depends on how strong you want the results to be...don't use plastic containers), strainer + cheesecloth, save solids for cooking with later or for composting. Oh, and raw cane sugar for sweetening instead of the processed stuff.

Growing up with West Indians I drank it most of my life. Never any homemade doe.

I have to try a homemade ginger beer recipe with honey instead of white sugar. Coincidently I'm baking a loaf of bread today.

A few years ago I bought this brand from Costco during the holiday season. It's really premium!

Yeah, cool, sounds like I’m on the right path. I’m on day 3 now and it is bubbling a lot in the mason jar. I’m going to go one more day then strain it.

I didn’t add cinnamon and gloves since this is my first time but I definitely want to add some spice next time.
