This highlights a larger issue. Everyone expects the school and teachers to fix this stuff but they don’t really have the resources to do it. They’re underpaid and they probably fear getting in trouble for harming a kid.
That said… parents gotta step up too and get involved in the PTA etc. Cant just expect the school to solve everything.

Every school has their issues, but neither the high school I went to or the one I worked at had bullying issues & both are over 92% black
