In 2017, Sanchez was driving through Los Banos with her 14-year-old sister when the car veered off the road and flipped, ejecting her sister and her sister’s friend.

The incident – and her sister’s body – was captured on a livestream.

Sanchez was later sentenced to six years in prison for gross vehicular manslaughter, DUI, and child endangerment. However, she ultimately would serve less than half of that before being released on parole.

She was arrested again in 2019, after leading officers on a high-speed chase and being found with a loaded gun
