I used to be like that too but managed to unlearn that shyt. If you know you're going to be cooking some complicated shyt, have some soapy water in the sink and just throw stuff in as you've used utensils/bowls etc. Then put in dishwasher as you go. Don't bother cleaning surfaces until you're finished.

When me and my husband were just bf and gf I rarely cooked for him and I only cleaned up messes I made at his house unless he was sick then I would cook and clean. Now I do it all, all the time. Bfs don’t get husband treatment tf

just like when we were just bf & gf he didn’t pay all my bills just rent, hair, and nails.

But I guess since you guys already live together it’s different you should tell her that you want her to cook for you and that she needs to clean. If she doesn’t, leave her. life is too short to be with someone that doesn’t provide what you need.
