You can just say "You're cute." Less creepy and you probably would have at least gotten a thank you out of it.

It depends on the followup just keep it playful... say something like she was insane I hope you aren't crazy gauge response and follow up based on how she responds always stay smooth and playful and not creepy ...eventually you can get to sexually risqué jokes and comments but not in the first 2 minutes you speak to her

I was at a club and I was sitting in the corner, this guy standing next to me for a while and his method of breaking the ice was funny as fukk to me. This guy, gets closer and says "How much does a polar bear weigh?" Me: "IDK Tons? " Then he says "Enough to break the ice" *proceeds to shake my hand and introduce himself* lol
