See, that's part of gameplanning IMO. Brock isn't good, but BOB was so scared of Denver's pass rush(as he should be), he wanted to get the ball out of Brock's hands immediately. It clearly didn't work.

That'd be fine if it was just one game but it hasn't been. He was doing this against the Colts until they had to get back in the game in the 4th quarter...every pass was a check down to Fedoriwicz.
