Me too. I could listen to her voice forever. There’s a very light, crisp huskiness to it that’s almost ethereal. That Never say Never and Full moon album run is one of the goat back to back albums from a female artist. Both stay in my rotation![]()

Fantasia is one of my favorites too. But there’s just something about Brandy’s voice that’s different and unique. There’s a softness to it that’s just soothing to my ears.I never got "the vocal bible" title. Yes she can sing but her voice has never been top tier to me. That's no shade to B but I cringe whenever I hear "vocal bible". How can she be the vocal bible when Keke Wyatt and Fantasia exist? With that said, her Never Say Never album will forever be my shyt.![]()
i love her because she doesn't have to blow her vocal cords out everytime to make your hair stand upYep. Her riffs and harmonies have had a huge impact on contemporary R&B.
Producers have called her a computer with the way she can manipulate her voice. One of the most influential voices in R&B of the era.
Still remember when Monica bodied her on their colla![]()

No lies told
but I like Monica too.

All lies told.No lies told![]()

Oh you one of those peopleAll lies told.![]()

Like who?! And before...just stop. That “vocal bible” title that she has is the most nonsense thing ever. There’s plenty of females who are better all around singers than her from range, tone, pitch, run, pretty much everything.

If you don’t know Brandy as the vocal bible I cant take you opinion on singers seriously
