Percy is definitely worth between 8-12 mil to a team willing to pay him that are superbowl contenders. Vikings aren't there yet so t isn't worth it with so many holes to fill I guess...

He was criminally underused in Sota though...
I really don't know about him being underused, I think they used him well a lot of times.
He isn't a natural WR, but if you do some creative packaging I think he could do some things.
I think this could make Seattle better in the short term, but will hurt them in the long term.
Now Seattle has 1 pick in the top 61, 49ers have 3.

Why is he worth that much, he never proved to be a true receiving threat.
Never had over 1000 yards or 6 td's as a WR in any year.
