Yes he argued that our mom could watch his kids while he's at work, they wanted him to work less hours, but he cant afford a pay cut with the $1000+ on child support he has to pay.
I've shared his story on here before, the fukked up part about it is my brothers wife cheated on him with an old white man for money. Yet he's the one whose life was turned upside down, living with moms again. It's made him a very jaded person in general, so I understand how playing with people's lives can change a person.

That was the judge’s decision. If breh wanted custody he could’ve made his case in court. It’s obvious now who the children were better off with.

People keep going on and on about he had nothing, NO! He still had the same thing that brought his ex-wife to him, US Citizenship. Plus he now had some idea of the licensing and job search process in Nursing. 2-3 yrs of working smart and he would've been ready to file a new petition. US residency is not like that of any other country for those with certain skill-sets that can get out there and make things happen. Hell even Canada is an option for a new wife in this game, not as many desperate females but still an option.

For some brehs, all they can do is play sports so they try out for the NBA several times, get cut, move to Europe, Asia, Puerto Rico, and keep moving around to play as long as they can. You don't get cut from one team and give up.
