Cause even though his existing assets are safe, they can still garnish his payments from psg if they don't get sent directly to a legally independent entity. The more shareholders in that entity , the better. A shrewd estate lawyer could still easily swipe that monthly 80% from his mother arguing that it exists purely to obfuscate earnings .
