It gets BRUTAL at my job in the summer. No AC. I deal with it 40 hrs a week for 3 months out of the year. I'm sure I could deal with it 24/7 for 3 months

Thats 24/7 torture during the summers, no hot water seems like a small inconvenience in comparison.

The only real choice is no internet. without everything else you could potentially die. I am old enough I could do a year without the internet. No AC in the south, no boiling water (aka radiators) in the north east, and no fridge and oven in general could get you killed.

Bruh I live in Texas. It's hot like 9 months out the year here. One year on Christmas it was damn near 95 degrees shyt was insane.
