Watched the battle before i went to work, i thought this shyt was droppin' Sunday (technically still today lol) but it actually came out Saturday night apparently. I gave it to JC 1-0......he had his foot on Clips neck the whole round. Charlie didn't start cookin' until the "Detroit" scheme which was actually dope and surprised the hell out of me. He took off from there but it isn't enough. It's about consistency, going strong from start to finish. JC did that flawlessly.
I'm bout to watch it again though lol
@FreshAIG Chilla did mention it in their battle, it was just one filler line though "and you good with defeat/the feet....we all seen you on the dance floor"

I thought Clips won. Stage presence and delivery is a big part of the package. Even with that I think CLips had the harder bars. His 3rd round/3 shots scheme was
good battle, i gave it to jc overall. that charlie chaplin bar was tough
I love and hate this. Their rounds were nasty, but I really want 3 rounds. This was a potential classic. Also, one rounders give all the rebuttal advantage to the guy going second. It's really hard to call this one. Two of my favorites. Will watch at least a couple more times. I think there's an arguement for either of them to win.
Tough to call this one. JC probably had more bars, but Clips outperformed him pretty handily and clowned the fukk out of him. I can't take nikkas seriously complaining about dancing jokes, though. Especially with JC littering his round with corny fat jokes. X Factor is probably the only dude to effectively clown Clips on his weight. I'm just gonna call this one a tie. Both dudes killed it.
Attacking your opponents credibility is crucial, especially in the super machismo world of battle rap where nikkas allegedly tote army guns and spray up the block on the daily. JC dropped a fire round and Clips had the crowd laughing at dude within his first couple bars. That's solid strategy right there.

i've never seen clips string 3 rounds together so iono
at the same time surf gotta string his punches together more cohesively or they're gonna look stupid next to clip's set ups

Shyt was a tie. Clips presence might give him the edge though. He was grown manning that lil nicca at the end.

ive watched this battlle twice. i gotta give this one to JC. Clips had too much filler and Clips started off slow. Charlie was comin with some shyt tho. But I think i heard that "nas/ Ill Will bar" before. who said that one
