shyt like this is a bad idea, criminals won't give a fukk about repercautions when your living like that.

Apart from the guys that are innocent but get sent to prison accidentally prison should be harsh. All that homo bum loving shyt should be stamped out but it shouldn't be a walk in the park, you will have all these fatherless c00n nikkas dropping people on a whim and giving even less of a fukk than they already do if all prison was like that. Prison should be somewhere you fear not some holiday camp.

I think their sentences... for anything... max out at 20-something years as well. In the case of that domestic terrorist in Norway who shot up a bunch of people, I heard that after the 20-something years his time in prison is going to be "reviewed" and they can keep him there (which they probably will, if not for posterity over anything)... but still. I remember reading in VICE (before the website... before the internet was big actually... the print mag they used to give out for free) some article about a Norweign Death Metal band singer who burnt down a bunch of churches and killed some people. He was eating well in prison and they even gave him keyboards and music equipment so he can keep on making music in there 
We're too entrenched in capitalism and having our criminal justice system (not just jails but police force, lawyers, contractors for jails, etc...) being a pretty big spoke in our economic wheel. shyt like this will never, ever happen here. if anything it'll unfortunately get worse than it already is

But prisons are filled with non violent offenders more than ever...... maybe prison should be harsh for violent offenders... but there is no reason to lock a 22 year old weed and X dealer up in borderline inhumane conditions.... basically what you're saying is that no U.S. citizen is redeemable if they're convicted of a crime, which is imbecilic....

There should be a classing system, put the animals with the animals. Hell I am a supporter of the death sentence.
What about reentry into society or finding a job?
Thats one of the reasons recidivism is a big issue because they leave prison with the pressure of getting a decent job to pay bills and restitution.

Yeah I wonder what race of people the judiciary will likely class as animals...
We need whole sale sentencing reforms to combat the differences between white and black sentence differences, not experimental prison systems, there is enough of that already.
