From small ridiculous crimes like petty theft from middle-class women, to rape and murder, most of these crimes, and the people who committed them, aren't to be "rehabilitated."
That silly idea didn't become mainstay until rather recently, the concept of prisons themselves is for retaliation, and in Western society, they were made to replace corporal punishment.

I'm pretty sure they can keep the person in prison if they're viewed as a threat to society, I highly doubt Norway is going to release Breivik.

And Norway is one of the safest countries in the world, so their system must be working pretty well.

Apart from the guys that are innocent but get sent to prison accidentally prison should be harsh. All that homo bum loving shyt should be stamped out but it shouldn't be a walk in the park, you will have all these fatherless c00n nikkas dropping people on a whim and giving even less of a fukk than they already do if all prison was like that. Prison should be somewhere you fear not some holiday camp.
