Whatever the hell I feel like. For me it's normally some rice & peas (large portion), curry goat, sweet coleslaw, and a massive bakery item (cake slices, muffin, brownies, cookies, something loaded with carbs).
I only tend to have a cheat meal once a week. Not a whole day. Although i'm flexible with what goes into my macros in the week - which might include a cheat item I work-in. But on the official cheat meal I'll just blast the calories in one go.

I get it home, proceed to put oregano, basil, cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, shredded chz blend, and parm chz on it.

they just opened one in buffalo a few months ago. there bbq wings are amazing, and coming from me thats a big statement. i'm somewhat of a wing connoisseur . for the 1st time ever i got some fried green tomatoes at that spot and them joints were mad good
