Most definitely. One of the best hotels i ever stayed in though was in Bangkok Thailand. Shyt was fukking beautiful.
The Lebua Tower Hotel. Only costs me like $125/night but easily one of the BEST hotels ive stayed in ever. Truly a 6 star hotel. Super amazing.
My old lady stayed at the Shangri-La in Manilla for a month. Nothing has surpassed that shyt yet she said.
I know the Waldorf Astoria was really overrated....Coming To America really cysed that shyt. Breakfast was great though
Stayed at the Intercontinental in San Fran. Will always remember that shyt since we had to be dropped off a block away since Obama was in town the weekend we got there. We had a high floor with my status and saw the armed guards on top of the neighboring buildings
along with blatant Secret Service cats around. Best recent hotel though was a Marriott Boutique joint outside of Boston. The AC Hotel Boston North in Medford. Neo Modern kinda joint.

can't go wrong with any Conrad (Koh Samui is the GOAT though)
Waldorf NYC is dope because almost all the suites have different layouts. One junior suite I had like three rooms....a changing room, hallway, living room. Try to get a room on the 11th floor...you can step outside the window and walk around the building lol
Waldorf Grand Wailea Maui is crazy. the resort is so nice, i barely wanted to leave the property.
Waldorf Rome Cavaleri feels like a museum, but homey at the same time. The location sucks though.
The Trafalgar London is pretty basic for the price, but you can't beat the location. They apparently just renovated, so maybe the rooms are better than the basic white walls "modern" look they were going for.

Embassy Suites is pretty nice - free alcohol and tip if you want.
Best one though - The Plaza Hotel in Seoul, South Korea. Bar is free, pour your own drinks as much as you want. If you stay over 10 days, they give you about 100K won I believe (roughly $115) that can be used anywhere.

international Hilton, Marriott, and SPG hotels are generally nicer than US ones and have executive lounges with free liquor and food. they're apparently ran by different operators than the US hotels.
also in Japan....some business hotels have rates that include prepaid cards you can use at restaurants. I stayed at one that gave me $50/day to spend...I was there for weeks with more yen than I could spend.

Me and the wife stayed at The Grand Hyatt in Nashville a couple years ago. It’s hard to find a hotel that can touch it. It was my biggest flex cause the Bears came to town to play the Titans and they stayed in our hotel. Wifey still talks about it, white people were giving us crazy looks when we were in the lobby listening to a group play country music lol.
Cambria was dope. It was the first time I ever had a hotel pop bottles for me lol. We stayed in Asheville. Nice hotel
The Omni also in Nashville was super dope too. Atlanta’s is nice too.
