Again, who determined that is "the way it is supposed to work?"The way it is supposed to work is that labor determines the value of their labor and they compromise with the buyer. Labor has the power. That does not exist in today's world for most of the working class. Its purely a one way street.
The best example of this is the wage fixing scandal in Silicon Valley. Its a one way street.
And the Silicon Valley shyt shows the system is working. The shyt is going to trial and the companies will have to pay out as well as have their names dragged through the mud. If the system weren't working such a channel for arbitration wouldn't even exist.
Or just shut down the business. What's the problem if they did? Wealth is not a zero-sum gamepay them and generate more wealth
Want it to be one way for the working class and another way for the wealthy
I dont want it to be different for anybody. Anyone can negotiate their pay as is. But where u fail is thinking that someone who's skills are worth millions of dollars a year to a company should have the same leverage to negotiate as someone fighting for a minimum wage position. And for the 100000000000000000000th time this fixation on paychecks is a distraction from the actual problem.
pay them and generate more wealth
