Goatcharted 4 will be 30fps SP, 60fps MP

Most people don't 30fps until they see the difference.

Infamous Second Son was where I saw the difference when the frames were unlocked. TBH if I was hyper gung ho about 60fps shyt I'd get a Gaming PC and try to maximize everything. That would put me back $800 to achieve that. To console-only users it's not a deal breaker.

If you think all this is because the PS4 or anything isn't "powerful enough" then you're a lot simpler than you puport to be. The PS4 or XB1 could have 2GTX Titans with 5690X's installed and devs would STILL make 30fps games. 30/60fps is CHOICE. They didn't want to compromise gameplay and their style for 60fps. We don't want an upres'd Uncharted 3.

Sunset Overdrive
Gears 3
Bloodborne
