Nope...when Christ came to "fulfill" the law (as the Hebrew Scriptures foretold) he brought a New Covenant which did away with the Mosiac Law. It was an upgrade. Christians are not bound by the Mosaic Law like the Hebrews were.

...except for the fact that the New Testament condems homosexuality as well, in the first chapter of the Book of Romans.

New Testament isn't "obsolete", still supports the theme of the Bible.
