I go like once a week. Commute takes getting used to but the office is whatever. I enjoy the office cuz I get free food.

i be seeing all kind of emails from the office "come join us watching the masters" "we bout to throw down (which probably means happy hour) on the 63rd floor" "free fresh pressed juice this tuesday"... ngl it does make me want to go in...... but i don't :pachaha:

They just brought this up. After we been doijg so well remote. New vps and directors getting funny ideas. Watch us be out with the quickness

also wouldnt be fair. My cowrker moved to austin right before pandemic and was kept on. The senior accountant moved to philly last yr. i bought a house in westchester.
If they aint dont have to come back. I aint.

im already looking in my area. Ill do that. But to manhattan? 3 days a week? Mta? Crackheads in front of macys? Suck my dikk.

How was your transition?

Hybrid working at current, so we are expected to show in the office at least twice a week and the rest we work from home. I am a manager at work so I have to show my face but I noticed most staff show up for four hours at most and are out. There is currently no method to track us but I think something might be coming as we have to swipe in and out of the building with security cards.:mjcry:

Had to go back for a couple of months. I sent my resignation when they said it was permanent, I'll be done next week. Horrendous waste of time.
Trains are faster but far more dangerous than they were before. I actually got more work done at home because I didn't have to answer calls and I usually wanted to get everything done as quickly as I could so that I could do other shyt.
All I'm doing in the office is stretching my work out so that they don't call me or monitor what I do, but it actually leads to me doing even less or being out of focus.
