Lots of high quality sandwiches, salads, all types of beverages, snacks, yogurts, fruits, full coffee bar, dessert and best of all they encourage you to take more home. I have no shame so I'll go in with a duffel bag and get like 5 days worth of food and snacks and drinks.

I'm hybrid now but going back in after 2 years wfh was rough in the beginning. I'm actually enjoying being back, I'm an introvert but I still missed the human interaction. Tbh, I wouldn't want to go back to full-time wfh.

Will be transitioning from WFH to hybrid 3 days on 2 days off model starting next week. Its been extremely infuriating that company wide, both coworkers and management are ESTATIC to return. I get the sense people use work as a primary source of socialization. Started at this business in Feb and nothing about my role requires an in person presence. I think the fact it was a rapidly expanding unicorn with immense potential blinded me. Against my better judgement I in a sense settled. The "Great Reshuffle" has given employees immense negotiation power and flexibility in work arrangements and it seems an utter waste. I fukking hate travelling and being in the office!!!

I am in office with my current spot but I literally love the location and am making damn good money. The time is coming though that I start casting my reel to see what permanent WFH situation I can get into.
