Vegan!
Don't really consider myself 'vegan' though , I don't like labels and honestly, every so often, I eat food products with animal bodies in it
Been doing it for about 4 years.
But you're right, their is a huge potential for positive mood shift by eating healthier. Cutting out meats helps to prevent excess salt from entering the body with the additional benefit of quicker digestion.
Cut down on the salts and sugars at all cost!
Reduce your meat intake unless you like straining to shyt out bricks everyday, once a day
