Angry is not enraged. Wolverine has had psionic blocks placed within his mind but during his rages, he can not be stopped, he's beaten Jean before.
Again, travel does not mean battling at light speed. If you had scans of surfer battling at light speed with those reactions, feel free to post them. I can think of one scan but even that one doesn't fit.

Marvel characters travel at light speed. Their eyes are not suited for that kind of combat. Wolverine, one of the most agile and technically trained warriors was giving Thor that work.
That doesn’t make any sense. How would Silver Surfer be able to maneuver through space at millions of times faster than light if his eyes, reflexes, or “senses” couldn’t react to that speed? He’d crash into a planet, a sun, etc.
He has numerous examples of using his senses to track individual molecules across the galaxy so obviously, his reflexes and speeds are such that he can respond or react to FTL movement.
Not only that, using Thor whenever he’s fighting mortals or on Earth is pretty pointless. He’s always holding back and doesn’t want to kill mortals
99% of the time when he’s on Earth, Thor is holding himself back and he doesn’t even always realizes he’s doing it subconsciously.

and that he’s able to react to his hammer coming back to him FTL with no issue. His reflexes are FTO and he can swing his hammer FTL.

We also got numerous examples of DBZ characters that are faster than Burter going much less slower than the speed of light even when going short distances.
And Toppo states Dyspo is faster than light and sound when fighting Hit. If Hit was much slower than Dyspo and he’s about ten million times faster than fukking Namek Goku then it’s easy to see that Burter either doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
This travel speed thing doesn’t even make sense. They cal fly to where they need to and speed correlates with power. We saw Buu give Gohan and the Supreme Kai a 30 second head start then zip in front of them before they could react. Why wouldn’t they be able to fly as fast as they fight?

Again, travel speed does not equal battle speed. It's the same as being the fastest man alive but walking at a snail's pace. You have to train the battle speed to become that good. Surfer in battles is fleeing and getting caught up by his opponents.
Not to mention he got got by movers on their break, ready to serve him up.
As for Thor, there's no excuse for getting caught up If you have the means to defeat or catch your opponent the first time. I would post scans of him in the higher realm getting bopped by Gorr but it's useless. Thor consistently shows getting dusted by long range and short range attacks without using all of those abilities he's given that would damage the earth.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Light speed fighting speed and reaction speed was happening in the saiyan saga. Piccolo's beam destroyed the moon in 4 seconds. Do the calculations and then multiply that by a factor of how strong he was fighting Vegeta and Nappa. At the end of Super we are talking about fighters being quadrillions of times the speed of light. It really is ridiculous at how powerful they are.
