Where do you get them from? I don't imagine the dentist havin a box of them laying around. I assume they cop a mold of your tooth an go from there. I know it ain't covered by a dental plan.

Dentists stop using real gold teeth a long time ago. My grandfather had one. Kind of strange, but it doesn't rust and it's softer than steel. It was a problem for everyday people as thiefs would try to rob your gold tooth if they saw it. Nowadays, you get artificial implants that look like a regular tooth.
Sometime in the 80s and 90s, fake gold caps became a fad.
