I didn't see last nights show but im sure the Sami Zayns on the roster gave you all the suicide dives, crossbodys and finisher kickouts your heart desires. Goldberg/Lesnar had to be different.
So to answer your question, no.
And why are they plummeting? Because there's a shortage of over-produced, 'hard fought' 25 minute, 'this is awesome' classics?the mark says, as ratings continue to plummet...
That's my point. You got plenty of the kind of wrestling you like on the show. The casuals needed something for them. That corny line doesn't work anymore.
Zayn had a pretty good match and other wrestlers like Cesaro, American Alpha, Styles, etc. had a great showing that night. And I'll take any of those matches over a farce of a main event that you're pretending to like just because both Lesnar and Goldberg used to be worth something 10 years ago.

Meltz reported that Brock persuaded Vince to have Goldberg beat him.
And allegedly he begged Vince to let Taker beat him at Mania.
But bu bu bu he doesn't put anyone over![]()

Youre making this about Goldberg and Brock Lesnar. Those guys just happen to sell PPVs last night but my point has nothing to do with them.Have fun with your struggle nostalgia moment as you complain about how the WWE doesn't have any new mainstream stars.
The casuals clearly have abandoned the product for the most part when looking at the ratings.
No the casuals needed something that differed from the other 3 hrs of the show. It was a hurt 50 yr old Goldberg who probably needed a 90 second squash. The "casuals" needed a squash match that didn't even last 90 seconds?![]()
That may have been the single worst booking decision I have ever seen in wrestling. And I'm not even remotely close to being a fan of either Lesnar or Goldberg but that right there....that is proof that WWE is dead.
and that is why the WWE has shyt ratings

It's like they want to waste their money.
So stupid, just so so damn stupid.
WWE is done. It's over. Vince has lost his fukking mind and this ship is going down.
This makes absolutely no sense I agree. I havent been follow the WWE lately, however since my old man still watches it he said it be Goldberg vs Lesnar so I thought I actually follow in and I was afraid it be a mess well it was. Whats the point of building Lesnar like a tank and than he gets squashed like a rookie. This makes no damn sense I knew that Goldberg would win, but squash Lesnar really WWE a Legit MMA/UFC fighter breaks the streak, beats Cena and here comes Goldberg destroying him wow...
Wow that was really stupid. Brock could have at least put up a fight then eventually lose but to be dominated just like that.. C'mon!
Did I hear correctly? After killing everyone on their roster for 2 years, Lesnar loses to Goldberg in like a minute?

That is too fukking funny. This company is so fukking stupid, it's downright hilarious at this point.![]()
The Brock rub, the Streak rub....is allllllllllllllllllllllllll gone. And spent on a 50 year old man.

I LOVE IT.
This myth about "casuals" wanting these types of squash matches has to stop. There's nothing nostalgic about half assed main events. The "casuals" needed a squash match that didn't even last 90 seconds?![]()
Casuals >> you marks. So you don't see a problem with WWE throwing a bone to some casuals who are easily amused and have the attention span of goldfish at the expense of bringing down the quality of the show for people who actually enjoy wrestling?
