We'll see about that..Is the Jackhammer the most protected finisher of all time? Once he hooks the leg on the cover its over

So like I said, the washed up 50 year old who isnt a part of your company going forward, who isnt even a wrestler anymore, looks like a God...at the expense of your entire roster and your company itself.
If that sounds like smart decision-making to you (in other words, if you're a moron), then Im sure you love the booking last night.
This especially makes all the marks who used to say that Brock couldnt put any young guys over because "it wouldnt be believeable" look extra stupid. None of the young, athletically gifted studs are believeable going against Brock but an old man that hasnt set foot in a ring for 12 years squashes him like nothing? You're trying to argue this somehow brought a false and unneeded sense of "realism" to the product, but its exactly the opposite.
Wrestling never felt more fake or more stupid than in that moment last night.
None of that smark logic applies to the actual bottom line. The kind of fans who even think like you are gonna be here next month for the next PPV.So like I said, the washed up 50 year old who isnt a part of your company going forward, who isnt even a wrestler anymore, looks like a God...at the expense of your entire roster and your company itself.

ONLY PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT ALL THAT shyt, ARE PEOPLE WHO GONNA COMPLAIN, and OVER ANALYZE NO MATTER WHAT, AND STILL TUNE IN ANYWAY.
Exactly. It's like people are glossing over the fact that Brock was cocky and got caught slipping. He played that brilliantly with his facial expression and selling the fukk out of the spear. He was like "Touche. I'ma fukk you up as soon as I get up though". Didn't get the chance. Goldberg is sticking around next year, so now he'll get the chance and with motivations going into the match that we haven't seen him have to deal with for this entire run.Why not? He caught Lesnar by surprise as dude was getting up and the spear has always been a death move![]()
Lesnar probably doesn't give a fukk.
they need a gat damn cattle prod to kill himYou sure it was 1 or 2? I dont think he ever lost a clean match.
Shortsided, stupid thinking. People like you love to talk about how "smarks" will always watch. Besides being a terrible business practice in general to take your core fanbase for granted, the casuals who were excited for this objectively bad main event for one night, will have moved on next week to something else, and the smarks will continue to tune out and the ratings will continue to decline and one day there will no more dinosaurs left to bring back. Then you're really in some shyt.None of that smark logic applies to the actual bottom line. The kind of fans who even think like you are gonna be here next month for the next PPV.
The kind of fans who rarely watch wrestling, who simply bought a single PPV to see Goldberg...they only see Goldberg. They don't see a 50 year old being booked stronger than the young guys. They're unlikely to even know (or care) who those young guys are and they damn sure don't even know if these guys ever fought Brock Lesnar.
And that last sentence is a laughable considering what industry we're talking about.
I do think the match should have been longer than it was but not by much. 7 minutes tops. And anybody passionate enough to cry about last nights booking is not tuning out no time soon.Shortsided, stupid thinking. People like you love to talk about how "smarks" will always watch. That's the only bottom line that matters.
No, that's terrible logic on your part. I havent watched the product in weeks (months?) and I can still recognize last night for the industry-killing nonsense it was.I do think the match should have been longer than it was but not by much. 7 minutes tops. I didn't see last nights show but im sure the Sami Zayns on the roster gave you all the suicide dives, crossbodys and finisher kickouts your heart desires. Goldberg/Lesnar had to be different. So you don't see a problem with WWE throwing a bone to some casuals who are easily amused and have the attention span of goldfish at the expense of bringing down the quality of the show for people who actually enjoy wrestling?
