an idea occured to me, instead of getting tha 2 entree + a side plate at Panda Express, which comes out roughly to about $8

just get a medium entree of teriyaki chicken instead, that way you get all protien and none of that filler rice/chow mein

A two entree plate of chow mein and double teriyaki chicken has 85 grams of protein

A bowl from Chipotle with double chicken has about 75 grams of protein

Frontega chicken panini from Panera has 46 grams of protein

Steak and white cheddar panini has 52 grams of protein
tha latter 2 have bread in them, that's a no no

for tha panda substitute rice for tha chow mein

a bowl at chipotle with guac is $10, if you double tha chicken that's even more, that's not worth tha money

I fukks with Boston Market often at least twice a week. Boston market 3 piece chicken meal has 50+ grams of protein in it. When they have the seasonal beef brisket its on mane.

Panda express is clutch too. Chow mein has 13 grams protein per serving. Steamed white rice has 7 grams protein. Pair that with a serving or two of kung pao/teriyaki chicken and you good to go.

You must be talking about 2 orders of they 4 piece strips

tha total came to like $10.88 so around the price of a chipotle bowl.....that's kinda pricey

If you're out with the homies after the club and don't want to sound like a bytch just get anything with chicken in it. If you can get the least amount of bread and more chicken breast (if it's an option). If it's a burger place, just get the burger add an extra patty and get no sauce(no mayo or ketchup, mustard is okay) and no cheese or bacon. Don't get any fries. For the drink get coke zero or if you're still being shy order a drink but don't drink it or drink half of it and get some water instead (say the sprite doesn't taste good here or whatever I'm remember what it's like to be 16).

if you forgot to pack a lunch and you're at work or school, just some basic shyt for protein. Up the meat, cut out a lot of sauce and bread, and load up on vegetables. That will keep you close enough to you're goals till you're able to hit the grocery store up for what you need. If you're not making regular trips to the grocery store to get your food  get in there and save some money overall. Stop wasting your time eating out cause it could be what's holding you back from your fitness goals. Prepare your own meals or find a place where you can get meals that meet your needs consistently. Don't leave what you eat to the last minute because it's the most important thing when it's comes to achieving your goals.

Why not get mixed vegetables instead of the chow mien/lo mien at Panda Express? that's an option where I'm from.
