Im not saying everyone is wrong because it doesn't fit into one interpretation, where did I say that?![]()
I used the buddhist interpretation as AN EXAMPLE(Hence the usage of the phrase "FOR EXAMPLE"), to show how difficult it is to just use an idea like Karma in a general sense and attach it to any situation...
Here is my original post...
Point being, you can't really attach a word like "karma" to this situation especially with all of the different interpretations of the word... According to those religions... "karma" has nothing to do with this situation especially since Kobe doesn't follow those religions
You're pretty much in agreement with me..
The person applying the term gets to use it however he sees fit. It's how religions work. It's why white people get to accuse me of going to hell for all the shyt I say.

Are you trolling? Did you just read about karma in school and want to tell everyone about it? Some people believe Karma pertains to the afterlife, some people believe it affects current life, and some believe it is a combination of both. The beliefs in karma aren't even exclusive to Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, etc. Even non spiritual people commonly follow "reap what you sow" and "treat others as you would like to be treated" doctrines and believe that actions and events tend to be cyclical. Again, just stop.
