Power users are dead homie. I build my own pc back in the day. I bought a chromebook and havent turned my desktop on since. Ipad and android tablets are outselling desktop pcs. windows was popular because of the desk top and enterprise. shyt they use linux at my job and old ibm software

tablets and phones have already replicate all those software and turned them into mobile apps. nobody is converting files, flash is dead, etc. right now its the battle of the ecosystem. google, amazon, and apple run shyt. i bet the kindle fire outsold the surface pro and new windows 8 machine. at one point people relied on those computer software programs but they are being replaced by in the cloud system. I can play files from inside google drive, do whatever MS office did, etc.

Google Chrome Team has just started working on a multiplatform chat client Chrome Packaged App named "Champ". It may not be used eventually but I do think it's a pretty cool path to follow.

It currently only supports IRC but XMPP is definitely coming!

do yall clown even read. i said it can surpass windows because ms are idiots. 70% of windows users are on windows xp. when its time for a new machine windows 8 is not a good experience. guess what google is a strong brand and they have their own google section at best buy....what will happen if google open up a retail play store....in 2009 you clowns would have said android wouldnt overtake ios. btw google+ is bigger than twitter and is the #2 social network behind facebook. the google brand is strong enough to take down microsoft

Google drive has quick office built in. Google bought quick office years ago and it shyts on MS office. You dudes don't even know about chrome OS. Lol at homie talking about how dominant window is.
