Google coming to HBCUs

Alot of HBCUs don't have Engineering departments at all or they have the bare minimum IN majors. They could all use an investment.

Depends on the school and their focus just like PWI schools.
I know in Alabama you want engineering you go to A&M, Mississippi its Jackson State, Florida is FAMU, and I don't know about the GA schools or TN
