They want the best and the brightest, so they go to top schools and recruit the top students.

But I’ve been reading a lot on how the big big tech companies have gotten to where they are, they’ve established insurmountable obstacles and weak regulations have enabled them to essentially create impossible barriers to entry. The anticompetitive practices are basically ignored by regulators. Fb google and amazon for sure. Twitter not so much. It is a lot more complicated than simply creating an alternate to any of these companies (cacs have an alternative to twitter for other conservative racist cacs that nobody gives a shyt about or used. I forget the name)

If they have Equally qualified candidates that are white, asian, black, Latino, they will hire white and Asian. They also hire white and asian men specifically over women.
A woman engineer and a male engineer will also be paid way differently. There’s entire studies and research done about how skewed toward single white and asian men all these tech companies are.

If you are not wealthy get a good job.. and then encourage your children to be entrepreneurial. Black professionals are knocking the entrepreneurial spirit out of their kids and the poor kids are wasting time on businesses that are doomed to fail. We've got this shyt all twisted
