I did get Comcast to up my speeds to 50 down, 10 up last year after my contract was up just for threatening to leave..

There's more than one ISP company where you're at? Here in Charlotte the only game in town is Time Warner.

No sir, I've never heard anyone happy with Comcast. I have Charter.

My advice to anyone thinking about getting it is to make sure that your computer or laptop is up to speed. Ethernet card has to be rated at a gig in order to get the max speed.
