For who?
Black people please dont fall for the Okee doke
Has nothing to do with being black.
If you go to school for the right job you'll be interning, doing apprenticeships and actually working the job prior to graduating. And with that resource either the places you are already putting time in at and showing your face at will keep you around whether or not you finish.
That shouldn't be the goal of going to college (to not finish) but unless you need a certification or license which requires hours and accreditation you should be getting that experience during college and most companies or businesses will pay for it.
I know because it happened to me

I finished but I work with a lot of people who didn't or are are just shy and have been working in the same field at the same place for 10-20 years.
It dont make sense to go to school for **something** for like 4 years then graduate and play "lets see what happens!" "I hope someone chooses me!" Within your sophomore or junior year you should've been shaking hands, exchanging numbers, exploring the field, experiencing the field.
When i did look for another job in my field I didnt look online, I texted and called people in my field and had interviews and offers in days.
