I saw this clip a while ago, and started incorporating what he said about salt with my process. I dont add salt or any other seasoning until the texture of the eggs is solidified. I still use a skillet or pan though.

With how long he had it on its probably cooked but got that runny texture. That's not the same as tasting raw.
