Back to back rings. Rude ass customers wanting to speak to the manager the director, the president basically wanting to speak to all the people who are unreachable.
I had three call center jobs and they were all commission based. I HATED THEM! I only took them at the time cause I needed the money.
And my manager told me to use a more "white" name on the phone to deal with clients like Timothy when that's the furthest from my real name. (My name is very Nigerian). It was for an illegitimate company too so I was happy to quit that one.
I did it once, its more bearable with a cool group of people, but we were lucky in that it was in Downtown Orlando on the top floor and we had a ps4 in there to fukk around with a good music
it really gets hard depending on how bullshyt your product is or the company is, Its either or or both cause I've learned none of these companies have shyt correct
