fukk that go full grind mode work both jobs. I'm assuming the job with your pops is in the day and most of the work at the restaurant is at night. Make them 6 figures for a couple of years and start your own company/ restaurant by the time u 30.

I would stay with what you like to do, which seems like the restaurant thing. Also working with family is not always the best thing especially if you dont own that business. I would also recommend for you since your concerned about moving up the ladder with the restaurant company, to take business classes or any other classes for credentialing so you can move up faster and have some education behind it. Especially if your black because that will solidify your place essentially.
