Got a virus on my Mac bruhs... help me out please

So i'm trying to watch the canelo vs chavez fight and stumble upon a shady site and was trying to watch that shyt and told me my flash player needed update ive honestly never before have downloaded a virus and i guess i was just not thinking but i downloaded flash player from that site and now my browsers are infected.

My browsers (safari and chrome) now have Chumsearch as default and even tho i already deleted what i downloaded im still getting pop ups every site and its pissing me off.

I downloaded bit defender scanner did a check up and said my mac was clean so i dont know what to do
