Got accepted into nursing school !

I got a friend that got has a drug related felony, he works in the hospital now. Not sure if he's a RN or LPN but he was kinda in your shoes and I wrote a letter of reccomendation for him, he lied and said I was his supervisor but I actually just got him a job in the building I worked in. The nursing board gave him his license with provisions or something like that. I'm not 100% sure what they required, but the point is, he had a felony and he's in nursing now.

A lot of nurse just wear thin long-sleeve shirts under their scrubs to hide tattoo’s. You wouldn’t believe the amount of reformed skrippers and skreet walkers, with wild tattoo’s, working in healthcare.

I’ve seen nurses with visible arm tattoos and necc tattoos and hand tattoos I ain’t worried bout dem. Mostly I’m worried about my face ones

This school didn't requre the TEAS thancfully ! But the prenursing reddit has a lot of resources for the TEAS. i wish I could do a 15 month program mine is 2.5 years.

Man just keep pushing forward and working on yourself. I think opportunities are still out there for you. It might not be easy but I think you're headed in the right direction. You might have some haters but you gotta tune them mfers out and be lock in for a better future.
