One of the most important things you need to do, is stop comparing yourself to others. Everyone is on a different path, at a different pace and started at different times.@KillahKamn
i was doing ok. i was working making some money. but i guess you cant hide from your problems. eventually i got fired for snapping at a boss. then i avoided my latest job interview.
i really did try. i even went into community college and applied in person. then i missed like 3 different interviews and now i missed my chance to learn a trade.![]()

Op have you tried narcissism?
Nothing is impossible. People who make progress do so because they train and push themselves. Somethings come easy but without effort they eventually plateau. Others train hard and continuously to improve. You're a boxer so you know. You can't build strength without struggle, without pushing yourself. And you'll never know what you are capable off unless you try.but i cant function in society like everyone else so theres a problem. i cant have a boss tellign me what to do. i fear interviews more than death itself. i feel more comfortable in a police interview room than i do in a job interview. i punish myself subconsciously because i dont believe im worth a good life. how can i not compare myself to other people when other people can function in the world and i take multiple steps backwards and actually make my situation worse every year rather than better.

I'm not diagnosed with anything but I've had similar situations. Being the smart child just to fukk up and have everyone surpass you. Avoiding people and opportunities for fear of failure and disappointment. Feeling even more worthless because you are your own worst critic.
The fact that you can talk about your problems here or feel more comfortable in other situations means it is possible to make progress you just have to expand or eventually step out of your comfort zone. Baby steps.
Avoidance doesn't help. It's a self-destructive cycle. But don't beat yourself up about it. Stop the cycle. Accept where you are now and focus on making it better. Appreciate all the things that make you feel good, celebrate every tiny bit of progress. Those small things will eventually help build confidence and motivation. You will fail. You will stumble, but you have to get back up and realize that those are lessons helping you get better.
First, big step is removing the word can't from your vocabulary.

Make meditation the center of your life. Make time revolve around you. Only move when your ready.
