This should be good. I hope now that they have a dedicated fanbase and FOX is off their asses they can slow up the damn pace. Only Penguin one season to run the show. 
They said the show is becoming more Bruce Wayne-centric, and that's good.
And Barbara may be an annoying character, but damn is she fine.

.....oh and i watched the first ep of the new season, GORDON DA GIVE NO FUKS GAWD IS BAK!!! 
Yeah they seemed to take a lot of inspiration from the Burton/Schumacher films while also going for the "timeless" nature of the Animated Series and throwing in a pinch of the Nolan vibe for good measure.
And the first ep of S2 was pretty good. It seems like there will be a tighter focus and everyone has their season long arcs already set up by the end of the ep. I expect there won't be nearly as much meandering this season as last.
