Serious questions.

To define simps we must first define simping.

Simping is simply when you go out of your way to do something uncharacteristically nice or generous for someone when they don't deserve it, simply because you find them attractive. Let it be known that if you're just a nice & generous person as a matter of principle then that doesn't count as simpin.

When a person engages in simping on a consistent basis, in other words, when a person adopts tha behavior of simping as a principle in their romantic lives, then they become simps.

Simps and tha act of simping transcends gender and sexual orientation. Females and members of tha lgbt community can also simp and be simps, but tha majority of simps and simping is attached to straight males for two reasons.

1. Tha man's biological inclination towards playing tha role of a provider.

2. Western society's reinforcement of chivalrous ideals, drawn from medieval English lore, when knights roamed tha land and women were seen as property.

Once you break it down simping is a backwards, obsolete, sexist thought process really, considering tha way tha women of today are raised and how society is in general. It was meant for times when whoever had tha biggest pig was gifted tha farmer's daughter to marry. But these opportunistic hoes won't admit tht.
