There's tunnels under border sections already protected by fencing, illegals could just swim to the US side, illegal drugs are commonly and primarily brought in through legal ports of entry and not over the border as Trump claims, building a wall will just increase human smuggling, and those who are determined to seek asylum will come no matter what physical barrier is in their way as they've already been doing with the current barriers.
