Snoop hasn't done shyt to deserve to win one at any point during the past 5 or 6 years. As far as Nas goes, I'd like to see him win too, but I don't know if he wins that album of the year over Drake. Just the way the game is, I think he wins it.
He'll also have a tough time with that Cherry Wine vs. No Church in the Wild.
I think he'll win one of the other two though.
But these are yearly awards and not lifetime achievement awards, there's probably only two times that he was NOMINATED and should have won. Now Stillmatic not even getting nominated for Best Rap Album was

I can't tell between Nas or Drake, whoever wins deserves it between those two.
New school vs old school, one thing Drake has over Nas is that his album had a bigger impact and sold more. Which album is better? They had about the same reviews so among the general public/tastemakers they're about on the same level. One thing Nas has over Drake is that he's been out for 18 years without winning a grammy (which may or may not be deserved).
Perhaps best rap song in 95 instead of Queen Latifah, but he was too underground and ahead of his time. While Latifah had a hit single with probably the highest peaking socially conscious song in hiphop history excluding Pac and like 1 song by Black Eyed Peas. And definitely in 2003 for I can, I mean Hot in here is a classic club joint that everyone in the world knows and loves in the club but I can should've got it .
