Yes, whites who didn't want to play as a black gang banger. Vice city and GTA 3 were more Mafia focused. Some whites love the mafia theme and despise street gangs. It's one of the reasons why Saints Row never really popped off.

I'm looking forward and waiting for this game, the only problem I have is that if this game takes place in 2012 the soundtrack is gonna be asscheeks... that was the main issue I had with GTA IV was the subpar music. One of the things that makes this series fun is the soundtrack that plays when I do missions and they done a tremendous job picking the right music for GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas. GTAIV had a ton of current wack nikkas that took away a lot of the aubiance of the gameplay. With GTAV being back in Los Santos something tells me they gonna have some wack ass nikkas like dem Odd Future goons and other current wack nikkas playing on the radio and I'm not looking forward to that... that's just my two cents.

i actually enjoyed the Jazz soundtrack, the hot 97 as well as the jazz fusion they had. oh and the RnB channel was piff too. i like alot of what it had to offer music wise. the classic rock station had piff too.

gta4 music wasnt that bad, its actually my fav soundtrack on a personal level.

agreed, nikkas in game informer were pissed. i personally didint like san andreas because of the difficulty but overall i enjoyed it when it wasnt so fukking hard

come on though, GTAIV was kinda weak you gotta admit. I understand thats mostly because New York rap of 2008 is fukking weak, but they really should've added a 90's station

they had a 90s station with premo, sorry breh, that hot 97 station was on point, but then again i favor new york rap very heavily. even uncle murda came correct

the sand andreas soundtrack was piff too. but when I play GTA, I dont just listen to the rap station. I listen to all of them except the ones that play hardcore heavy metal. but if they're playing classic rock, 80's, and shyt like that, then I'll fukk it it. sometimes when u hop in cars randomly and a station is on that u usually dont listen to, u will catch some new piff accidently like .....then..........then.....
