I wonder if he made the list before or after Westbrook went down. If it's before, Clippers shouldn't be ahead of the Thunder. If it's after, Thunder should probably be below the Rockets.
I have no problem with the Bulls ahead of the Heat. I don't agree, but it's not ridiculous.

this dude will never get over his hate for lebron. the heat are the repeat defending champions with the defending mvp on their team and he ranks them 2nd.
that's nothing against the bulls, but they're not the same team they were before rose went down. i think they'll compete, but to put them at the #1 spot in preseason rankings just reeks of spite and fury.
