The Rockets got stars by having the same philosophy. The Rockets didn't wanna tank even though it would have made sense to do so. Even with Harden they had the same results the Bucks did a year ago. Houston just happens to be Houston, so that worked in their favor.
The Bucks won't rebuild because Kohl's content with seeing them at least make the playoffs instead of not making it at all and wondering whether he'll be alive to see them make it again. Meanwhile, Milwaukee's at least trying to build through the draft and stockpile talent (it's kinda hard to do this when guys like Jennings don't wanna commit). They fukked up moving Harris, but that was an attempt to try to win now
The Bucks are one of those treadmill teams that don't mind being on the treadmill because tanking with no guarantee of success could doom the organization.

About 10 picks in I realized this not really a ranking thing. It's just Bill and Jalen bullshytting about teams and how they think they will do. Anybody actually debating the rankings are missing the point. Personally, I was just happy to see Jalen with the bat again during the Bucks preview.

I just don't see the Nuggets being that good of a team this year. I don't think Shaw is a good fit for this team. McGee isn't meant to have more responsibility. Gallo being out for a while will hurt them. They have basically no defense at all. I see them with like 35 wins.
