I will give you BK because we don't know how that is gonna come together. What more do you want the Pacers to do? They beat the Knicks in the playoffs and took the champs to the limit. How is that not clearly better?

knicks won more games in da reg season
and the that playoff series went 4-2 (with lotta banged up knicks players)

to say 'said team is clearly better
IMO said team would beat the other atleast 8 outta 10

The Heat wouldn't even beat them 8 outta 10. That's a hell of a standard breh. Winning a playoff series trumps regular season record.

Plus Indiana was missing Granger. Now they have Granger and a real bench (CJ Watson, Scola, Copeland, Born Ready). They're CLEARLY better than the Knicks.

I def. see him leavin' after Jalen planted that seed in my head...OKC messed up their future with the Harden trade

its not just that

all 3 of those guys will be peak of their prime at that point
houston = no taxes (jalen rose loves this point lol)
champagne and campaign is very strong there
Houston probably WONT win a title between now and then so they'll be recruiting hard

Not sold mostly because we're in a new era of cap space, in NBA, that I don't totally get

You think they can win with Howard (no freethrow shootin'), Durant (not gonna shutdown your best player), Harden (we got one yr of him at that level) and pieces?

I don't see Kevin staying in OKC long term ( A blow to the small market community), but, Im not sure HOU will work out like that

What about KD in CLE? Though the ownership and location don't work, KD & Kyrie would look like a nice Westbrook/KD remix

They said some things that made sense and some that didn't. Only a fool would say bring Bogut or Lee off the bench. Barnes is a 3, he's not a 4. I like our chances against any team in the west in a 7 game series. Defensively we can match up with anyone while offensively we can give everyone fits.

The difference was that Indiana had lost what had been thought to be their best player and took some time to adjust. Indy was way better than their final record suggested

In a crunchtime lineup, I'd much rather have Barnes as a smallball 4 than Lee who's one of the worst big men defenders in the league.

It depends, if we need a stop for 1 possession I would go with Bogut and O'Neil. If we needed a basket I'd go with Lee and Speights who was the 3rd best midrange shooter in the league last year.

I think Houston has shown the ability to clear space and go after they targets

Gotta remember it only took 2 seasons to get harden and d12

With 2 more years and guys like asik and parsons coming off the books they can def make more moves and have the money to add Durant
