I have no confidence in the Bucks and Hawks making the playoffs again. From the Cavs, Wiz and Pistons one of them aint making it.

I don't see how they are overlooking San Antonio though. There are question marks but still the #1 out west until proven otherwise. The top 2 in Bill's ranking are East teams.

They don't have a roster that bad for tanking. There is a likelier chance they get a 6-8 playoff spot than a top 5 lottery pick.

Those are for the 76ers, Suns, etc.

Cleveland has the best future out of all, curious to see how well they do. I am not sold on Washington in any way. They seem to be very overrated by many users on this. They are a defence first team though and it has worked, I won't be surprised if they make the playoffs but better than Toronto?

How are you not sold on Washington? Did you say the way they ended the second half of the season once Wall came back. Plus Beal will have had a year's growth. They got Gortat which should be an upgrade in the front court. I think they should easily be a playoff team. Especially over Toronto.
